Create your own help files.

This program can be used by anyone to create a Windows Help (.hlp) file. This is an especially useful tool for software developers who want to create help files for their software in a simple fashion. It is a very simple way to produce simple but effective help files. This program uses an almost-WYSIWYG style interface. Major features include: CONTEXT ID's for context sensitive help, Help file compression, Export To RTF, TXT, and HTML, and Http URL and E-Mail link abilities.

It makes it easy to author a Windows help file

I couldn't link it in with my Microsoft Visual C++ program, but I think that's more of Microsoft's fault. The reason I had to resort to outside help with the help file is because Microsoft's help software doesn't work.
Summary
This helps tremendously to make a professional help file. You can add pictures and links. Every thing is super simple. Just a well made program.

Everything is really good (for a simple software) i really liked the way you can easily create pop up help. I've create a simple software but i wanted it to have a help file (just for fun) it did it's function perfectly. No cons at all!!!!
